<p>Reads all change requests from the system. This is essential for change management and tracking modifications to the IT environment.</p> <p>The <code>Changes</code> table provides a list of all change records, including their type, impact, and status.</p>

Read change by ID

<p>Reads detailed information about a specific change request identified by its ID. This retrieves the full plan, approval history, and implementation details.</p> <p>Use the <code>WHERE id=...</code> clause to select a single change record. Replace <code>111112345</code> with the change ID.</p>
