Read request task comments

Reads all comments made on a specific task within a request. This is useful for tracking the discussion and updates related to a particular task.

The get_Request_Task_Comments procedure takes RequestId and TaskId as parameters and returns the comment history.

Standard SQL query example

Using OPENQUERY in SQL Server

Using EXEC in SQL Server (handling larger SQL text)

The major drawback of OPENQUERY is its inability to incorporate variables within SQL statements. This often leads to the use of cumbersome dynamic SQL (with numerous ticks and escape characters).

Fortunately, starting with SQL 2005 and onwards, you can utilize the EXEC (your_sql) AT [LS_TO_MANAGEENGINE_SERVICEDESK_PLUS_ZOHO_IN_GATEWAY] syntax.
