Read purchase order by ID

Reads detailed information about a specific purchase order identified by its ID. This includes line items, costs, and approval status.

Use the WHERE id=... clause to filter for a specific purchase order. Replace 111112345 with the purchase order ID.

Using OPENQUERY in SQL Server

Using EXEC in SQL Server (handling larger SQL text)

The major drawback of OPENQUERY is its inability to incorporate variables within SQL statements. This often leads to the use of cumbersome dynamic SQL (with numerous ticks and escape characters).

Fortunately, starting with SQL 2005 and onwards, you can utilize the EXEC (your_sql) AT [LS_TO_MANAGEENGINE_SERVICEDESK_PLUS_ZOHO_IN_GATEWAY] syntax.
