Some users have reported that they getting following error when they execute SSIS Package or Task in BIDS/SSDT.
SSIS Package Error
Exception deserializing the package "The package failed to load due to error 0xC0010014 "One or more error occurred. There should be more specific errors preceding this one that explains the details of the errors. This message is used as a return value from functions that encounter errors.". This occurs when CPackage::LoadFromXML fails.

Proposed Solution
Make sure you have installed correct version of SSIS PowerPack. This error can occur when you installed 32-Bit version of SSIS Power Pack on 64 bit OS.
You can verify your OS Bitness by right clicking on My Computer Icon and going into Properties.
You can verify SSIS PowerPack version by going to control panel and look for SSIS PowerPack. It should tell version type e.g. SSIS PowerPack (32-bit).
