Trial Period
ZappySys products usually include a free trial period. The trial is provided so customers can test product features, connectivity, authentication, data access, package execution, SQL queries, scheduling, deployment, and other real-world scenarios before purchasing.
We strongly recommend testing the product during the trial period using your actual environment, data source, API, database, credentials, network, proxy, firewall, and deployment setup.
If something does not work during the trial, please contact ZappySys support before purchasing. Our support team can often help confirm whether the issue is caused by configuration, permissions, API limits, driver settings, environment restrictions, or product behavior.
New Subscription Purchases
For a new subscription purchase, ZappySys may provide a refund if the refund request is received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
After the initial 30-day period, subscription purchases are generally non-refundable.
Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the renewal is completed.
ZappySys may send renewal reminders when possible, but customers are responsible for their subscription status, payment method, billing contacts, and renewal decisions.
Once a subscription renewal is processed, the renewed subscription term remains active for the covered period.
New Perpetual License Purchases
For a new perpetual license purchase, ZappySys may provide a refund if the refund request is received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
A perpetual license allows continued use of the licensed software version according to the license terms. However, access to new updates, upgrades, technical support, and maintenance benefits may require an active Support and Maintenance Agreement.
Perpetual License Support and Maintenance Renewals
Perpetual licenses may include an optional Support and Maintenance Agreement. This agreement provides access to product updates, upgrades, technical support, and related maintenance benefits for the covered term.
Support and Maintenance renewals for perpetual licenses are non-refundable once purchased.
These renewals are not automatic subscription renewals. In most cases, the customer manually requests or approves the renewal, receives an invoice or payment link, completes payment, and receives an additional Support and Maintenance term.
Because this is an intentional renewal purchase, once the renewed Support and Maintenance term is issued or activated, the renewal fee cannot be refunded, canceled, or converted into account credit, except where required by law.

Cases Where Refunds Are Generally Not Provided
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Subscription renewals after the renewal is completed
- Perpetual license purchases after 30 days
- Perpetual license Support and Maintenance renewals once purchased
- Purchases where the product was not tested during the available trial period
- Issues caused by unsupported environments
- Issues caused by expired, changed, or revoked third-party credentials
- Issues caused by third-party API changes, permission changes, service outages, limits, or restrictions
- Issues caused by firewall, proxy, antivirus, network, TLS/SSL, or server environment restrictions outside ZappySys control
- Cases where ZappySys support can provide a reasonable fix, workaround, configuration change, or explanation
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a request, please email our support team with the following:
- Order number and email address used for purchase
- Reason for request: for example, technical limitation or accidental duplicate order
- Ticket reference: any previous support interactions related to the issue
Please note: Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement once approved.
ZappySys will review the request based on the purchase type, purchase date, license status, support history, product usage, and applicable refund policy.
