What are we looking for?

ZappySys is looking for an experienced, energetic, self-motivated SSIS / ETL / SQL / BI Support engineer for our growing team. This is a customer centric position with heavy on Cloud / JSON REST / XML SOAP API skills. Your main responsibilities will be help trial / paid customers to solve their Data Integration problems using ZappySys Tools. You have to help customers via live chats, email / phone calls. You also have to blog about technical issues / scenarios, create technical content (Articles / Videos), research and learn new tools / technologies and learn ZappySys Products (i.e. SSIS PowerPack, ODBC PowerPack).

You must think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to our team. We need someone who enjoys solving really tough problems and make difference by providing innovative solutions.

Qualification / Experience

  • SSIS (3+ years)
  • SQL Server (3+ years)
  • JSON REST API / XML SOAP (2+ years)
  • Technical writing / video creation / SEO (2+ years)
  • Azure or AWS (1+ year)
  • BI Reporting Tools (e.g. Power BI, SSRS, Tableau or Qlik) (1+ years)
  • Experience with Programming languages C# / PowerShell
  • Familiarity with Video creation tools such as Camtasia
  • Familiarity with WordPress or another blogging platform
  • Fluent in English and customer centric personality (Read /Write and Spoken English)

Responsibilities

  • Interact with the customers via phone / email / live chat and solve data integration / product issues using ZappySys Products
  • Work with Ticket System such as Zendesk to handle Support Cases
  • Interact customers via live chats (Online)
  • Create short technical videos / tutorials using Video Editing Tools like Camtasia and Publish on Youtube
  • Write technical articles / blog post to document data integration scenarios
